I bought some Master Lock door hardware a few years ago, and it is not
functioning properly. How do I get it replaced? |

In December 1997, Master Lock sold off an older division which made door hardware products. However, we are still honoring the warranty. Call 1-800-366-7565 for information regarding the warranty.
Note: We are only able to issue a refund for your defective product; we do not have any replacement locks or parts available for this older lineup. However, we do offer a whole new line of door hardware, currently available at select Target stores nationwide.
