Are the Bluetooth locks managed with an app?
Yes, the Master Lock Vault App has a version for both enterprise and home solutions, so you can use your Bluetooth lock for personal or business applications. The app allows you to grant and revoke access to other users, like family members or employees, and track detailed access history.
How secure are Bluetooth and electronic locks?
Our Bluetooth locks and key safes are designed and built to rigorous standards with the power to withstand physical attacks and hacks. Bluetooth locks protect your property with military grade encryption and high-security features, and both the Master Lock Vault Home and Master Lock Vault Enterprise apps use encrypted digital keys, which cannot be duplicated.
What happens if the battery dies?
Master Lock Bluetooth locks come with easy to replace CR2 or CR123A batteries, and you’ll receive low battery warnings in the app. If your battery dies while your Bluetooth lock box is locked, you can use a 9 Volt battery to jump it for quick, temporary access. Watch this video to learn how.
